Inspired by Cervantes’ iconic character, Ivan Minekov created a bronze sculpture titled “Don Quijote”. This lithographic print is produced after a preparatory drawing made for the statuette.
We can recognise a lone rider on a horse in the simple, croquis-like strokes. The dainty figure is elongated, announcing the style of the sculpture and in line with the visual language of the artist.
