Last Days of Summer

last-days-summer-web

Caught between the fiery tones of the setting sun and the more contemplative, deep blues, this work captures that sweet nostalgic moment of the waning summer. This semi-abstract piece has an elegant, universal figure in the center emanating various sentimental thoughts and emotions. Even the diagonal composition so typical of Paola Minekov’s work is softer here, described with gentle, flowing curves, in concordance with the overall impression of the work.

Original piece: Acrylic on Paper, unframed, Size: 30 X 40 cm

A beautiful large (A5) blank greetings card.
